Do the plans include cardio?
Yes, the plans for Overall Fitness and Weight Loss include specific cardio training to help you reach your goals. Cardio exercises are tailored to complement your strength training and enhance overall performance. Depending on your selected goal and experience level, the intensity and type of cardio may vary to ensure you’re progressing effectively towards your objectives.
What should I do if it recommends a weight that is too heavy or too light?
The initial weight recommendations are based on the experience you selected, but they should not be either too light or impossible to lift. Feel free to adjust the initial weights, and when you record your intensity, the plan will adapt to you.
